Subject: A compliment for the young men who moved us
Dear Becky – We are finally beginning to get things into order after the move from Richmond to Pitt Meadows.
We just wanted to say how much we were impressed with the pleasant young men – Omur, Serdar and Sean – from your company who did the move for us on July 15. We really appreciated their early arrival, efficiency and professionalism – they had things packed up very quickly. They told us we were very organized – we thought they were too! How they carried our “stuff” down the stairs and into the truck amazed us – what strong people they are – watching them made our backs and muscles ache on their behalf.
They moved our belongings into our new condo very fast and with competence and were on their way sooner than we thought. It all went without a hitch which we very happy about. We really were impressed and we wish them well – all three of them as well as yourself for your kindness and professionalism when you came to the house for the estimate - and hope your company keeps on providing such good work.
Since the young men from your company did the heavy work, thank you for making our move as stress free as possible – as far as us having to pack our things up and tote it from there to here.
Not that we are not impressed by your company – we really are – but we hope we do not have to move again – yes, it is a stressful time for sure – but we will get to that light at the end of the tunnel one of these days.
