Further to our conversation about the missing shirts I also wanted to make mention of the outstanding service we had.

Chad and his crew (Michael and Darrell???, not sure on names) were excellent. They right away eased our stress levels by showing how much they were on top of things. They were friendly, courteous, patient and understanding of our needs. They seemed to really enjoy what they were doing, often humming a song or whistling, and it made a big difference in creating such a positive atmosphere during a move that is never fun for the family involved.

When we had unusual or picky requests they always had the attitude that they will make it happen and were always checking with us if there was anything else we could do. Once at our newly renovated house they were extremely careful and respectful of where to put things and being careful around our floors and walls.

I would recommend this crew and your company solely based on how great of a job we thought Chad and his crew did. A big thanks to them for helping our moving day go so smoothly.

Dear Mr. Laporte Please allow me to take just a few moments from you busy daily schedule. During my life, I have moved 30 times whithin

32 years. Some moves were local and some were overseas. I have NEVER experienced such ease and pleasure. Even though any move may naturally cause some anxieties and tensions, it is so much easier when the packers and the movers are performing their duties 100%. Both my husband and I were so completely satisfied. Hopefully, we shall not need your services again. (We surely hope that this was our very last move in this life time. Laughsss).

However, we shall definately and whole heartedly recommend your company as the BEST THERE IS. Thank you so very kindly. Would you please take a moment to personally commend the packers( the day before the move) and the movers.

I did get 2 quotes for this move and the reason I chose LaPorte over the 2nd estimate was Becky’s warm and friendly customer service. She was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of good advice for packing, nothing seemed to be a problem and she put my mind at ease and assured me the ‘crews’ would wrap and load everything and not to worry. The other estimator I had come in from the other company left me feeling anxious and frustrated and thinking that we had to do everything ourselves and have everything perfect before their crews arrived. Pricing was compareable but Becky definately made our choice very easy. Also every person I made contact with at Laporte on the telephone,( I believe Theresa and Mandy) were very friendly, courteous and extremely professional and great at their jobs. Also I think it was Mike (?) that kept his crew very focused on the task at hand and did a great job of organizing them. Thank you to everyone at Laporte for making our move a ‘little’ less stressful ! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company.

Just want to say how happy I was with the crew that did my move on Saturday January 26th.  Omar, Sebastian and Carlos were just amazing.  I have moved a lot in the past and have always used professional movers but none have been more accomidating and willing to go the extra mile.
They were always smiling, laughing and calm, as we all know, moving can be very stressful and there are always some kind of glitches to be dealt with.
I will definitely be recommending your company to all my friends and family.

Chad and Drew and the others were great. As were the packers when they packed everything. The crews were always in a good mood with a lot of banter which is the sign of a good workforce. It seemed everyone I talked to had worked for years for Laporte. Again a good sign.

All in all I was very impressed as it is a difficult hard working job but they all performed admirably.

Chad, Mike & Daryl were outstanding. We last moved 16.5 years ago and we were not looking forward to hassles that we have had before. Not having lived in a condo hi-rise before, we were concerned about the actual move IN and the problems or conflict that could have occurred. But your crew were so well organized and the move-in well planned by them to the point where it came off exceptionally well. The manager of the complex said it was the best move-in he had ever experienced. He was impressed by how well everything was wrapped so there would be no damage to either our goods or the building. The used the elevator so well that there was no delays or problems for the other owners in the complex.

Our highest compliments to your three crew members and to LaPorte for the high standards. We appreciate your care and efficiency.

This letter is long overdue. We moved from Burnaby to Saskatoon early in August, but moves are always disruptive and letters of thanks are delayed.

I want to thank you for making our move so trouble free. From the day I met in your office, things went smoothly.  Jesse made the assessment, Mike and Colin moved our goods from our condo, and the Atlas company delivered them to our home in Saskatoon–all trouble free. In particular, I want to commend Mike and Colin. They were quiet, efficient, and handled our goods with great care. Everything arrived and everything arrived safely! We were very happy with our move, the moving crew were fantastic!  Omar was the lead man and he did an excellent job!  Omar and Blair delivered at our house near Forest Grove.  They worked very hard and had our belonging unloaded faster than I thought possible and everything was in great shape.  The crew that loaded up the truck from New Westminster were Omar, Blair and Sebastian.

This crew made our move so easy – we cannot say enough about how good they were.  They were polite, courteous and very hard working and very pleasant!  We also appreciated their general attitude, they were happy and it is so nice to have people around who can be more than pleasant and make things easier with their happy attitude!  We think Omar is a terrific leader and a very hard worker.  We have already told our friends and co-workers that LaPorte Moving was fantastic and we recommend them highly.  We will continue to praise and recommend your company to anyone who is thinking about moving now or in the future.
